I have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. Have been controlling my symptoms with good nutrition. But it’s hard to control my mood and my insomnia. My doctor prescribed CBD Oil Full spectrum. I have used Neurogan products for over a year now, and have never been disappointed. The products are high-quality and work very well. I am always pleasantly surprised at how reasonably priced their products are. I use them to sleep better at night, as well as to focus at my job during the day. I am a lifelong customer!

Overall, it's effective for me. I use it as advertised, to stay calm, especially on days with potential stressors. BUT!! It doesn't work as well for my dad: he needs to take 5x times the amount to feel any noticeable change (It could be related to weight—I'm 105lb, and he is 230lb—or perhaps it's influenced by genetics or other factors; I'm not sure...)
