About a year and a half ago I was going through a terrible mental breakdown, and couldn't sleep. As in I was awake for up yo 4 days at a time before caving and taking my rx anxiety meds to sleep. This went on for about 3.5 months, and was weaning off anxiety meds for sleep, and then was back to days on end, no sleep, take the pill. I tried everything, melatonin, teas, meditation, everything, and was so scared I'd end up addicted to benzos for life.
