End of life help

We’ve been using the Dog CBD 4000 for our old boy (13) who is end of life. Pain and add no sleep = More Pain

Lower back pain L3-4-5 and doctors advise No Sugery.....No help from Epidurals, Rhizotomies' & physical therapy all ineffective. Spent 3-4 months trying various doses of CBD, added CBG, CBC.
