Thankful for sleep

I’m trying to get off anti-anxiety meds. Am using neurofeedback but sleep is a big issue. I take one of these gummies, and I know eventually I will sleep. Unfortunately, I’m on the shorter end of the 4-6 hour range. Some nights I’ve lain awake until the hemp/hemp takes effect. Other nights, my hemi-sync tones get me back to sleep sooner, before the gummy takes over. I’m so thankful for the solid 4 hours I get after maybe 1-2 hours before waking. I don’t take before bed as sometimes the tones have been enough. I’m still looking at other products on this site. Thankful I found this reputable company.
