Thankful for sleep

I’m trying to get off anti-anxiety meds. Am using neurofeedback but sleep is a big issue. I take one of these gummies, and I know eventually I will sleep. Unfortunately, I’m on the shorter end of the 4-6 hour range. Some nights I’ve lain awake until the CBD/CBN takes effect. Other nights, my hemi-sync tones get me back to sleep sooner, before the gummy takes over. I’m so thankful for the solid 4 hours I get after maybe 1-2 hours before waking.
