Nice formula
Number one I am in my seventies and I'm not a novice. Was at the first Woodstock. That should tell you a lot. Neurogan is a awesome organization. They sell a great product with credentials lab reports etc.
I don't believe in magic. But I do believe that CBD and the other cannabinoids can help some people with some issues. CBD CBN blend does help me get to sleep. I do not use it every night because I'm well aware of a rebound with needing more and more to get the same effect. Truth is you can buy CBD products in numerous places on the internet or in your state if they allow it. Neurogan products our second to none in quality and testing. Neurogan products are very well priced. So I do recommend them.

This tincture is perfect for insomnia. It's very potent, which is good for larger individuals and those with a higher tolerance. One full dropper helps me fall asleep. For smaller individuals, you might be able to take 1/2 or even 1/4 of a dropper to achieve therapeutic effects.
The most versatile product i have found for calm and sleep. Take a .25 ml in the daytime for calm and .50 to 1.0 ml about 45 minutes before bed for the best nights sleep with no morning side effects. That's what works for me. It may or may not be a good dose for you though. Start low and raise your dose to your actual needs. This stuff is amazing
